1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 5dgl platform — whether through our website, mobile browser, or any application we make available — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 5dgl.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the 5dgl platform. Continued use of 5dgl after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To use 5dgl and participate in real-money gaming, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal at the time of play.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 5dgl or any related entity.

5dgl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by underage players will be closed immediately and any winnings forfeited. We take age verification seriously — walang palya dito.

3 Account Registration

Each person may only hold one (1) active 5dgl account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names or contact details by the same person — are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances held pending review.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any one-time PINs — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. If you suspect unauthorised access to your 5dgl account, contact our support team immediately at support@5dgl.net.

3.2 Accurate Information

All details you provide during registration must be accurate and up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. Inaccurate account information may delay withdrawals or result in account suspension until the details are verified.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to a safe gaming environment and compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, 5dgl may ask you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC licence) and a recent proof of address.

4 Deposits & Payments

5dgl accepts deposits through the following Philippine-local payment methods:

• Maya (formerly PayMaya)

• Coins.ph

• Visa and Mastercard bank cards

All transactions on 5dgl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier before you proceed. Deposits are generally credited to your 5dgl account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.

5dgl reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is suspected to be fraudulent, linked to money laundering, or in violation of these terms. Players may not deposit funds on behalf of another person.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in line with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

5.1 Processing Times

• GCash / Maya / GrabPay: typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers: within 1 to 24 hours on business days
• Bank card withdrawals: 1 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification (see Section 3.3). Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (see Section 6) before they can be withdrawn. 5dgl reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso (₱).

• Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• 5dgl reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time with or without notice.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering to fulfil turnover, and coordinated play — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on 5dgl — including slots, Baccarat, Tongits, Pusoy, and live dealer games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are provided by regulated third-party software providers. Each game has its own specific rules that are accessible within the game interface.

Sports betting and MMA betting odds are set by 5dgl's trading team and are subject to change up until the event starts. Live in-play odds may fluctuate rapidly based on match events. Bets already accepted at a given price will stand at that price unless the event is voided.

5dgl reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where there is clear evidence of a technical error, pricing error, or data feed failure. Decisions made by 5dgl management regarding disputed game outcomes are final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 5dgl platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in card games like Tongits and Pusoy.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the 5dgl platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors for unfair advantage.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN or proxy service.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players or 5dgl staff.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the 5dgl platform.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

5dgl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering activity.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

If your account is closed due to a breach on your part, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed at 5dgl's discretion without a breach on your part, any verified available balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification.

11 Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. 5dgl collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to provide our services, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and gaming software providers is strictly for service delivery purposes and is governed by data processing agreements.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5dgl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults or network interruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Changes in game availability or promotional offers.

5dgl's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

13 Changes to Terms

5dgl may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the 5dgl platform. The updated terms will take effect 7 days after notification.

Your continued use of 5dgl after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

In the event of a conflict between the English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail.
